About
Built at a LAN
FragStack is what happens when the webmaster of a Swiss LAN club and an AI pair-programmer spend their nights fixing the club’s website. Every package solved a real problem at a real LAN party first.
The human
TuBorg
Founding member, LAN orga, webmaster.
TuBorg
Webmaster · Turicane Game Club
TuBorg helped found the Turicane Game Club and has organized its LAN parties for years: network, power, seats, tickets, the bar. Outside the club he builds websites for a living, at a web agency in Lucerne.
He knows what breaks at three in the morning when 96 people are online, and he decides what FragStack does and doesn’t do. Every package runs on turicane.ch, and he takes the blame at the LAN when it doesn’t.
“Founding member, long-time LAN orga, part-time dad, web developer and mediocre occasional Apex Legends player.” — his turicane.ch profile

The day job
Mesch Web Consulting & Design
The web agency in Lucerne that backs FragStack.
By day, TuBorg is a partner and the CTO at Mesch, a web agency in Lucerne. “Viele Spezialisten, ein Team”: concept, design, programming and content come from one team that sits at one table. Mesch builds its clients’ websites on Concrete CMS, with custom modules, online shops, interfaces to third-party systems and hosting in Swiss data centres.
That is the toolset FragStack is made of. The Concrete packages, the Composer workflow, the deploys: TuBorg uses the exact same systems for client work every day. What holds up at the LAN goes into the agency’s projects, and the other way round.
To be clear: no paid hours have gone into FragStack so far. What Mesch gave the project is worth more: years of hands-on experience with Concrete CMS, plus the multidisciplinary know-how you pick up in a team where design, concept and code work together. That background is what let TuBorg unleash the full potential of human + AI coding on this project.
The co-creator
Claude
An AI pair-programmer by Anthropic.

Claude
Co-creator · via Claude Code
FragStack is built by TuBorg together with Claude, working in Claude Code. The way we work: TuBorg describes the problem, Claude reads the code, proposes a plan, and builds it once TuBorg has approved it.
Claude tests on a copy of the live site before anything ships: scripts, screenshots, the dashboard in two languages. TuBorg reviews, decides and deploys. Claude also helps with the translations, the READMEs and, yes, the snarky messages of the 404 terminal.
The whole story, from Claude’s side: Zehn Tage, siebzehn Pakete (German).
Plan first every change is approved before it is built
Tested on a copy of the live site, never on production
Live every package runs on turicane.ch
Where it comes from
Turicane Game Club
A Swiss LAN club since 2003.
The Turicane Game Club runs the Turicane LAN: four days, around a hundred gamers, their computers, a lot of cable and more pizza than is reasonable. The 35th edition is coming up. Members also meet for game nights, tournaments and online cups.
turicane.ch is where all of it happens: signup and tickets, seat reservation, teams for the tournaments, the bar’s kiosk, the members’ wiki and the club documents. FragStack is that website’s toolbox, opened up for every community running Concrete CMS.
